2026 Ford Bronco 60th Anniversary Package First Look: The Off-Roader Nails the Six Pack by 60
First built in 1965, the Ford Bronco has become a legend—and Ford celebrates that heritage with a 60th Anniversary Package.
Sixty years. That’s a long time for anything to exist in the automotive world, and a milestone worth celebrating. Ford is marking the occasion for the 2026 Bronco with a 60th Anniversary Package that looks as good as, well, a sexagenarian with a six pack. Based on the mid-level Outer Banks trim level, this special Bronco includes several unique goodies and combines them with the Sasquatch off-road kit as well as either the entry-level turbocharged 2.3-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder engine or, for extra money, the twin-turbo 2.7-liter V-6 EcoBoost engine.

But next to the solid hardware, it's the cosmetic upgrades that shine, like the 17-inch Gravity Gray wheels with contrasting Vermilion Red center caps, which are wrapped in 35-inch outer diameter Goodyear Territory RT tires (LT315/70R17, if you want the true size). The center caps also feature the bucking Bronco logo and the “1966” and “Ford Bronco” wordmarks are found along the outer ring of the cap. The idea is that this combination of wheel and center cap alludes to the original hub cap found on the 1966 Bronco.
To put enough torque to the ground to motivate those 35s, the axles feature much more aggressive final drive ratios and include electronic-locking front and rear differentials. Since you might need some help physically hopping into this Sasquatch'd 60th Anniversary Bronco, a set of wheelbase-length running boards come standard.
The wheels aren’t the only pieces taking hints from the 1966 Bronco. The grille takes after the original Bronco, but features a Warm Alloy paint that’s contrasted by the Vermilion Red “Bronco” lettering. It’s very reminiscent of the Heritage model, too. There are 60th Anniversary bodyside decals, which can contrast with the primary body color, depending on which paint you choose. The "hero" anniversary Bronco, of sorts, is finished in Wimbledon White with a matching roof and comes with Vermilion Red decals. Optionally, you can order the body in Vermilion Red with Wimbledon White roof and decals for contrast. The spare tire carrier cover on both body colors remains Wimbledon White with a Vermilion Red “Bronco” wordmark.
Finally, you’ll find 60th Anniversary badging on the fenders, like what Ford did with the 60th Anniversary Mustang. The main contrast is that the bucking Bronco emblem and “Est. 1966” wording. There is also an Easter Egg or two hidden within the Bronco 60th Anniversary Package that the Ford Design teams have implemented throughout.
Inside the 2026 Bronco 60th Anniversary is a premium interior experience that starts with Ebony leather on the seat outers and bolsters. These are joined by Alpine leather inserts and the “60th" logo embossed on the seatbacks. The armrests are wrapped in marine-grade Alpine vinyl while Alpine stitching on the leather-topped dashboard contrasts with the Bronco Red accents on the instrument panel and center console grab handles. You’ll also find a set of new A-pillar grab handles on the 60th Anniversary Bronco, which are standard on all 2026 Ford Broncos.
All 2026 Ford Broncos and the 60th Anniversary Package will be available to order in October, but pricing will be announced shortly before that launch date. Expect to pay more for the special edition than a typical Outer Banks Bronco, of course.
