Lucid Air Grand Touring Returns, Still Delivers Over 500 Miles of Range
The rest of the lineup keeps its recently value-added pricing, too.
The Lucid Air Grand Touring model is back in the lineup for 2024—and once again, it's the longest-range EV you can buy, with 516 miles of EPA-estimated driving range. It also arrives with a host of minor, but still welcome, improvements, namely a heat pump borrowed from the pricier Air Sapphire model that more efficiently delivers cabin heat in colder weather and 15–30-percent faster DC charging speeds, Lucid claims.

The Air Grand Touring not only delivers the most range in the Air lineup—the versions with the shortest range deliver "just" 410 miles, a still-staggering figure—but the second-most horsepower, with 819 ponies onboard. Lucid says the GT is capable of three-second blasts to 60 mph, and adds that the 2024 model sees improvements to its motor design to ensure more consistent performance when driven hard.
Lucid is charging $111,400 for the 2024 Air Grand Touring, with the $1,500 destination charge included, while the cheaper Touring is available for $79,400 (with 620 hp and 411 miles of range). The basic Pure starts at a reasonable $71,400 (with 430 hp and 410 miles of range). At the top of the lineup sits the 1,234-hp, $250,500 Air Sapphire performance model, which still musters 427 miles of range while cracking the sub-2.0-second barrier in zero to 60 mph acceleration (per Lucid).
