How Much Does a 2025 Ram 1500 Cost? You'll Pay for That New Power
Ram has given its full-size pickup new engines, dropping the Hemi V-8 altogether.
The first reviews of the refreshed and newly Hemi-less 2025 Ram 1500 pickup truck have dropped, revealing a bigger touchscreen, improved audio setup, more tech, and both new standard and high output engine applications are welcome additions to the truck's capabilities. Now, let's break down the trim pricing for the gas-powered Ram 1500 lineup, as we're forced to wait a little longer for the Ramcharger range-extender EV and all-electric Rev model pricing to come later.

2025 Ram 1500 Pricing
Pricing for the upcoming plug-in hybrid Ramcharger and all-electric REV versions of the 2025 Ram 1500 pickup will be announced closer to those vehicles' later production runs this year (or next). Here's a pricing chart for the gas-only models available this spring, including the destination charge:
We're a little surprised at how little the price has jumped for the 2025 model year, considering the bevy of fresh tech and improved capability. However, the holdover base engine likely saves the cost, while the newer inline-six engines raise the price significantly. The Tradesman models and Big Horn get the carry-over 3.6-liter Pentastar V-6 engine (305 hp, 271 lb-ft) with eTorque mild hybridization, where the Laramie and Rebel get the new standard-output 3.0-liter SST (straight six turbo) inline-six making 420 hp and 469 lb-ft of torque, which is also available as an option on the previous lower trims. The Limited, Longhorn, and Tungsten get the high-output SST inline engine with a burlier 540 hp and 521 lb-ft.
While the Big Horn sticker price is actually down a few hundred dollars, the rest of the lineup didn't shoot up as much as anticipated around the base models, though the more luxury-appointed models have seen significant increases, particularly the Limited Longhorn's $13,000 jump in price; the Limited is more than $9,000 higher, the Laramie more than $5,000, and the Rebel is $4,600 more now. It's interesting that there's a giant gap in the $50,000 to $70,000 range, possibly for the electrified Ram 1500 models to introduce themselves in the future.
You can play around with the full Ram online configuration tool for the new 1500 truck here. That reveals that Tradesman, Big Horn, and Laramie trims are all available in rear-wheel drive or four-wheel drive, with the Rebel, Limited, Longhorn, and Tungsten only available as four-wheel drive; the High Fuel Efficiency (HFE) model is only rear-wheel drive. Two crew cab (5'7" and 6'4") box configurations are available, as well as a 6'4" quad cab box, though various configurations are limited to select trims. The HFE is only available in the quad cab, and the Rebel and Tungsten are only available with the smaller crew cab.
